We’ve hosted it. Our historic grounds are a real treat for your guests and give your event a unique touch that is hard to replicate anywhere else. What Is Included

Wyoming Hereford Ranch features three indoor event venues with plenty of space, ample seating and dining tables, a dancefloor area, restrooms, and more. In addition, WHR is perfect for hosting events outside on nicer days and evenings and has numerous ideal photo locations, including red barns, meadows, streams, and tree groves.
It should be noted that while we do not possess a liquor license, lessees are authorized to bring their own wine or beer onto the premises. Moreover, it is permissible to contract a bartending vendor to provide beverage services for your guests. Please be advised that the consumption of hard liquor is not allowed on the premises.

Each of the three venues at WHR features picnic tables, tables, and metal folding chairs for your convenience. To guarantee that you have enough seating, we advise you to consult with us. If necessary, we can assist you with renting additional seating and decor to enhance the ambiance of your special day.
We will ready the venue and arrange the tables and chairs per your agreed floor plan. Please keep in mind that we do not provide event coordination services. It’s advisable to appoint or hire a designated individual(s) to oversee your event.
While we can answer any questions your event coordinator may have, as the venue is rented to you, we will be present on the property but will not interfere with your celebration.
Please ensure the venue is left as you found it, including cleaning up and disposing of all garbage in the designated dumpster.
